What you should know
On Saturday, April 6, 2019, DigiCert will be temporarily suspending all processing of GeoTrust, Symantec, and Thawte branded SSL and Code Signing Certificates in order to migrate the Servers and Operations Center to the DigiCert Facilities. This will occur during a planned Maintenance window scheduled for 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM Pacific Time (UTC/GMT -7 hours). During this time you will not be able to submit new orders, reissue existing orders, or receive any status updates for orders that are processing. Our system will disable functionality for these transactions while the migration is taking place.
Please plan to be unable to submit or expect processing of GeoTrust, Symantec, and Thawte brand SSL and Code Signing certificate orders during the maintenance/downtime. In conjunction with the data center move, Digicert will upgrade software at multiple points in their infrastructure, resulting in improved performance and compliance as well as diminished operational risk.
What about Comodo/Sectigo?
This WILL NOT affect Comodo (now SECTIGO) brand certificates and our system will continue to operate normally accepting orders, processing, and issuing Comodo Certificates.
