Free SSL Certificate Reissues and Replacements
Your GeoTrust SSL Certificate is covered for free reissues and replacements for the lifetime of the certificate. GeoTrust will reissue or replace SSL certificates that have not expired for the exact same fully-qualified-domain name issued in the original certificate as long as nothing in the certificate details has changed.
To Have Your SSL Certificate Reissued

Login to your SSL Manager account* here
- Once logged in, select the My Certs tab
- Click the Order ID of the certificate you want reissued to bring up the certificate detail page
- In the Certificate Detail section click the Reissue button
- Paste your new CSR in the box and click Submit
- Once approved, your reissued certificate will be sent to you via email
* You may have purchased an SSL certificate from GeoCerts in the past but may not yet have an SSL Manager login account. This is a new feature that allows you login to manage your SSL certificates from one location. If you purchased a certificate before April 1, 2007 you will need to register for an SSL Manager account before you can request a reissue. It only takes about 60 seconds. Be sure to use the Admin email address associated with your original certificate order.
